If you are allowed to edit pages in this Site, simply click on edit button at the bottom of the page. This will open an editor with a toolbar pallette with options.
Some pages, like this one, the start page, the sidebar menu, etc. will be blocked from editing by normal users; if certain pages become the targets of vandalism, they may also be blocked to prevent this. However, by and large, we will allow editing of any page by anyone.
To create a link to a new page, use syntax: [[[new page name]]] or [[[new page name | text to display]]]. Follow the link (which should have a different color if page does not exist) and create a new page and edit it!
To create an outside link, use [LINK Text to display]. The code should look like this: [http://www.google.com Google] and will display like this: Google. If you want the link to open in a new window, add an asterisk before the address, like this: [*http://www.google.com Google]
